On Saturday 8th November, representatives from Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service will be joining the breakfast meeting (from midday) at the village hall. Please see below.

Following on from the thatch fire at the old ‘Rose & Crown’ pub on 13th July, the Parish Council have been in contact with the fire service, and their representatives will be joining us at the village hall breakfast meeting on 8th November, from midday, in order to answer any questions arising from that incident. Please see below:-

My colleague, Neil Sadler has passed on your invitation to attend the meeting for the Parish Council on Saturday 8th November. I am pleased to confirm that I have arranged for one fire appliance, and up to 3 officers and a member of our Prevention Department to attend on that date.
We will be available to discuss concerns with local residents and offer Fire Safety advice, we will also be able to provide some smoke detectors and arrange to complete home fire safety visits for local residents. Our attendance is obviously subject to emergency call out requirements.
